About this training

Online Business Culture Training for Indian Employees: "Japanese Business Practices & Decision-Making" (Free of charge)

This session helps you understand how Japanese decision-making actually works, and the communication skills needed to build smooth consensus. By learning the background behind concepts like nemawashi (behind-the-scenes consensus-building), ringi (formal approval process), and internal coordination, you'll reduce misunderstandings with Japanese clients, managers, and colleagues — and build the trust needed to move work forward with confidence.

Seats are limited and will close on a first-come, first-served basis — we'd love to have you join us!
