Implementing the "Standard Model" for India Recruiting

Pre-Trained in Japanese × Structured Selection Process × Through to the Naitei Ceremony

We’re turning India recruiting from a “special initiative” into a highly reproducible standard model. With STEM students who have already studied Japanese and shown strong on-the-job aptitude, the entire process — from interviews to job offers — can be completed in a single one-week trip to India.
