AtoJ Hirameki’s Japan Placement Service connects graduating students and fresh graduates from Asia directly to employment opportunities at leading Japanese companies. This service is delivered in partnership with FAST OFFER International, a programme operated by Asia to Japan Co., Ltd. (AtoJ), a Japan-based organisation that has been facilitating international talent placement since 2017.

The programme is designed for institutions whose students aspire to build careers in Japan. Through a structured end-to-end process that covers candidate screening, Japanese language preparation, interview training, and post-offer settlement support, we provide your students with a credible, supported pathway to employment in one of the world’s most technically advanced economies.

Participation in this programme is entirely free of charge for both students and partner institutions. Asia to Japan Co., Ltd. receives placement fees directly from the hiring companies, enabling the full programme to be delivered at no cost to candidates or universities.
