Prajwal has been the driving force behind Hirameki’s growth as one of India’s leading Japanese language and career training ecosystems. With over two decades of experience spanning language, technology, and global business, his journey has always been driven by one conviction…that the right opportunities begin with the right communication. Prajwal began his career in translation and interpretation in 2005, at Sutra Systems, developing a deep understanding of cross-cultural nuance that goes far beyond language. He later led the Localisation & Quality Assurance and Web Development functions at Emptoris which was subsequently acquired by IBM. A dedicated educator at heart, Prajwal has volunteered as Head of Department for Japanese courses at the University of Pune for nearly 16 years.
